Set Goals To Really Grab You
A 4 x 45 minute module programme or workshop on the power and skills of specific goal-setting.
This is an introduction to Andy’s unique template for setting big & scary goals, and his Six Step process for achieving them.

This programme or workshop is available at two levels of competence:
1. Introduction

Doing Big & Scary: Developing Team Effectiveness
This four stage programme is designed for the needs of each client.
1. Measure what happens in and around ‘meetings’ to benchmark aspects of productivity and culture in the business
2. Provide a big & scary shared, competitive, outdoor experience to challenge perceptions and bring people closer together
3. Structured reflection to figure out the ‘So what?’ Apply lessons back into the business and set new personal and collective goals
4. Embed the insights from the experience into the practices and culture of the business.
The programme typically runs over six months once the pre-programme work has been completed: Three months for the benchmarking and event preparation, then three months for the post-event stages.
Personal Bombproofing
A 4 x 45 minute module programme or workshop sharing skills and techniques for personal effectiveness.
Specifically, for relentless in-context improvement when operating in a challenging environment.
Applications:
• Training for the marathon and beyond as part of a corporate fundraising event
• Inheriting a new project or target which is not yours – and you have to deliver
• Persevering through repeated setbacks over an extended time.
This programme or workshop is available at two levels of competence:
1. Introduction
2. Development (for those who have been on Level 1)
Coaching & mentoring is available to support the people on the programme.
Training is available for managers to run this programme.
Education
Transitions: Education Beyond The Classroom
This programme uses the sport of triathlon as a vehicle for cross-curricular learning in schools.
Specifically for pupils to master the skills of goal-setting and goal-getting so that they make successful and smooth transitions through the key stages of their school career and beyond.
Target Years 7, 9 & 12.
Transitions enables a school (& their cluster) to take a different and exciting whole child perspective, and to plan a creative curriculum over a half term around a triathlon event.
Specific subject links are to Enterprise, ICT, PE, and to Personal, Social & Health Education Key Stage Targets.

A 1.5 – 3 hour workshop which introduces students to the power and skills of personal goal setting – including the concept that we get what we focus on…
Popular with new sixth form and university intakes, it is also relevant for new secondary school starters, and as part of exam preparation.
Time is given for personal goal-setting depending on the duration of the workshop.
This session is available at two levels of competence:

Andy has been designing and running programmes for personal and team effectiveness since 2004.
He is a trained and experienced coach who is regarded as inspirational, innovative and highly time-effective by his clients.
He specialises in coaching and training goal-setting techniques and goal-getting strategies which also help his clients to become highly self-aware, skilled at managing their responses, and to improve the degree of balance in their lives.
In short: To get more of what they want and to enjoy the process.
Since starting his own business in 2000, he has worked with elite athletes and weekend warriors, school children and university graduates, and people who work in the public and private sectors.
In 2003, Andy began using his own competitive challenges to test and refine what he knows about the subject of personal and collective high performance.
His record-setting Enduroman Arch To Arc Triathlon Challenge was the experience he used to create his unique Doing Big & Scary model for setting and achieving tough, complex, and highly intimidating goals.
Since then he has continued to use his ultra-marathon running races – and the race experiences of his clients - to develop what he thinks he knows about staying the course…and to keep his skills sharp so that he can continue to really connect with the people he works with.
The team are now more effective.
Productivity is already up 10-15% and we expect it to keep rising to 30%.
