Currently competing at an international level, Tyrone is taking steps to be highly successful and surpass all competition in his profession. For 9 years Tyrone amassed a history that reads like a who’s who of sprinting: with experience from some of the greatest coaches, namely Ron Roddan (Linford Christies former coach), John Isaacs (coach to 19 British Olympians) and Selwyn Philbert (Dwain Chambers former coach).

Tyrone gained a GB International vest in 1999 and in 2000 and was sponsored by Time Sport to train in Los Angeles, USA alongside former World Champion 100metre record holder, Maurice Greene (9.79 seconds).

In August 2003, he trained with the fastest man over the 100metres that season, Patrick Johnson (Australian) and received good advice from his coach, Mr Esa Peltola.

By constantly researching the following, Tyrone holds superior knowledge over his competitors:

1 The central nervous system, for complete knowledge on how to condition his mind to focus, react and respond to his specifications.
