He is an authority on world sport, and has coached in both the National and Olympic athletics arena. He was the performance Director of The British Olympic Bobsleigh Association and fitness advisor to the England’s silver medal-winning squad in Rugby’s 1992 World Cup.

Tom has worked at every level of performance. He created the National Decathlon Programme, which brought Daley Thompson to the Olympic arena, the AAA Five Star Award Scheme, which is the largest athletics incentive scheme in the Western world and the Ten Step Scheme.
