When Phil is not running his highly successful Property Search company, Garrington Home Finders, with his business partner and co-presenter, Kirstie Allsopp, he presents the Channel 4 property series Location, Location, Location, now entering it’s tenth series.

In 2003 Channel 4 launched hugely successful spin-offs from Location:- “Relocation, Relocation” and “Location Revisted”, now in their third year. With successful specials: First Time Buyer Special and Best & Worst Postcodes attracting great public interest, new ideas and concepts are being developed for 2006 - so keep watching your TV screens!!
