‘I was lucky enough to attend your talk in Buxton on the 21st March 09. It was a great evening and very inspirational to me personally. I had been going through a dark period of my life and my friends were worried I was slipping into depression. Only the day before I was at a very low point and on the morning of the event a friend i was traveling with helped me move forward a bit and another friend in the afternoon was brilliant to. To cap a great day for me i was pleased to hear you speak it was inspirational and has helped me move forward in a big way. I almost didn’t go that day as i was so down but an so pleased i went as your speach has taken me to a place I haven’t been to for a long time. I want to thank you so much as you have helped me move on. The whole event was fantastic and the Derby Concert Band were great also, but a big thank you to you.
I wish you continuing success in your life.’
Thank you.

‘An engaging and articulate speaker I was at once struck by just how extraordinary Nigel’s feats of mountaineering and adventure were. Beyond that his real presentation skills were conveying his passion for what he does and why he does it. The lessons and inspirational messages that can be drawn are suitable for any audience
making Nigel’s talk, in my book, one of the most engaging presentations I have ever attended’.

“I was privileged and delighted to share a platform with Nigel Vardy who is a warm, impressive, natural and captivating speaker. Nigel presents his amazing story with the help of his passion, charm, enthusiasm and with some extremely impressive visuals. No wonder he is also a renowned photographic artist! If you get the opportunity to see him speak make sure you are there - the combination of his word pictures and his visual pictures together with the stories behind them are stunning! Who knows what he will stir up in you?!”

“The resiliency of the human spirit is epitomized by the account that Nigel Vardy gives of the incredible depths that his mountaineering adventures took him to - physically and emotionally - and then his phenomenal recovery. His presentation is powerful and inspirational - a great reminder of appreciating every day you have”

“Nigel is an entertaining and powerful speaker. His travels and his experience of life combine to give both Colour and a touch of reality to his presentations. It is evident from his talks that the journeys he has made have been both personal as well as physical. I would have no doubt in recommending you to go and see him speak if you get the chance”

“Having recently launched a new set of Company Values, we were looking for different ways of “Bringing them to Life” for our teams. Nigel certainly did this, with an inspirational account of his travels to some of the highest & remote areas of the world. By demonstrating individual Courage (one of our company values) I know that his presentation will not be forgotten”
Helen Welfare - e.on UK Services Conference
“Nigels tale of the aborted attempt on Mount McKinley is compelling in its own right; however, the story of his recovery and subsequent determination to overcome adversity are truly inspirational. He is a natural presenter with an engaging style and infectious enthusiasm and comes most highly recommended”
