Veuve Clicquot Business Woman of the Year, Dawn became the youngest industrialist to be invested with an MBE for Services to UK Industry. She has been voted Most Influential Person in UK Manufacturing, fighting off competition from the likes of Richard Branson, James Dyson and Digby Jones.

Dawn has also been made a ‘Pioneer to the Life of our Nation’ by the Her Majesty the Queen. Dawn is now an Ambassador for the Government’s Manufacturing Advisory Service.

After an early bohemian backpacking lifestyle, Dawn set up a manufacturing company from home that she has grown to become a global leader, with offices in 30 countries, plus 8 manufacturing plants around the world.

With the sale of her company, Flowcrete, in 2008 Dawn became a multi-millionaire, able to devote her time to a new entrepreneurial exercise that will be launched later in the year.
