Described by those in the know as their “secret weapon”, Blaire’s unique talent is in exerting influence and creating powerful shifts in mindset - from behind the throne and away from the media spotlight.As one of the youngest female producers of the BBC’s flagship “Today Programme” she spent a decade, shaping the UK news agenda. Blairewas instrumental in raising the political content within “Woman’s Hour” before her fascination with leadership and change led her to train as one of the UK’s first corporate coaches.


In the last ten years she has re-modelled leadership teams within organisations such as GSK, Mattel and Airbus and been the catalyst that has resulted in her clients embarking on successful, major product innovations and cultural change programmes.She is increasingly being asked to present her ideas and methods to larger audiences.

Now, as MD of Taming Tigers, Blaire and her team work internationally and across sectors delivering acclaimed programmes that create attitude and cultural change, create leaders and inspire peak performance and business critical results.

Blaire speaks with authority and empathy, based both on her extensive business experience and her training as a coach. Her presentations are full of energy and enthusiasm.
